Clinical Research Coordinator 1

Inova Research Center team is seeking a dedicated Clinical Research Coordinator 1 to join the team. This role will be full-time day shift from Monday – Friday, Day shift.

Clinical Research Coordinator 1 J ob Responsibilities:

• Explain the investigational products development process and identify key regulations to control these processes.

• Identifies and explains key protocol elements and performs study tasks under direct supervision.

• Explains the variety of communication channels, roles and relationships and outlets for study results that impact the conduct of clinical research.

• Explains the importance of professional conduct and describe leadership principles that impact the effective operation of an investigative site.

Explains and performs study operational activities in compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and non-GCP related study management activities.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: Education: Associate degree (or relevant experience in lieu of degree).

• Experience: Two (2) years of experience or 1-year clinical research experience with bachelor’s degree.
