Artisan Research Network is a growing clinical research organization dedicated to advancing healthcare through high‑quality clinical trials. Our Albuquerque site conducts Phase II–IV studies across multiple therapeutic areas, with a strong focus on patient safety, data integrity, and operational excellence. We are seeking a motivated Clinical Research Coordinator to join our team and support the successful execution of clinical trials.

Position Summary

The Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) is responsible for coordinating daily clinical trial activities in accordance with study protocols, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and regulatory requirements. This role supports investigators, engages with study participants, and ensures accurate, timely data collection. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, organized, and eager to grow within clinical research.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and conduct study visits per protocol, including screening, enrollment, and follow‑up.
  • Maintain accurate and complete source documentation and electronic data entry.
  • Assist with regulatory submissions, IRB correspondence, and essential document maintenance.
  • Prepare for and participate in monitoring visits, audits, and site qualification/initiation activities.
  • Manage investigational product accountability under supervision.
  • Communicate effectively with study sponsors, CROs, monitors, and internal team members.
  • Support recruitment efforts, including pre‑screening and patient outreach.
  • Ensure compliance with GCP, SOPs, and all regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a health‑related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • Prior clinical research experience is preferred; on‑site training provided.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.

Proficiency with electronic data capture systems and Microsoft Office

Pay: $26.27 - $31.63 per hour
