Clinical Research Coordinator

Sherman Clinical Research is seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented Clinical Research Coordinator to support our expanding portfolio of pulmonary and cardiology clinical trials. This role is ideal for an individual who is committed to high‑quality patient care, values precision in clinical research, and is motivated by the opportunity to contribute to meaningful advancements in medicine.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct and document study visits in accordance with protocol requirements and Good Clinical Practice
  • Perform clinical procedures including vital signs, EKGs, injections, and phlebotomy
  • Maintain accurate and timely source documentation and regulatory compliance
  • Coordinate effectively with investigators, sponsors, monitors, and internal team members
  • Support patient recruitment, scheduling, and visit flow to ensure a positive participant experience
  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, patient safety, and data integrity

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical research experience (strongly preferred) or transferable skills as a medical assistant
  • Prior patient‑care experience with the ability to build rapport and communicate clearly
  • Proficiency in injections, phlebotomy, vital signs, and EKGs
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Professionalism, reliability, and a collaborative approach to team‑based work

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
