Clinical Research Coordinator

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Clinical Research Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing clinical trials and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in research, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including patients and healthcare professionals.

Duties

  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of clinical trials from initiation to completion.
  • Monitor patient progress throughout the study, ensuring adherence to protocols and safety guidelines.
  • Conduct documentation reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards, including HIPAA regulations.
  • Collaborate with investigators and clinical laboratory personnel to facilitate study procedures.
  • Utilize statistical software to analyze data collected during clinical trials.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, trial progress, and study outcomes.
  • Provide training and support to research staff on protocol requirements and best practices.
  • Communicate effectively with patients regarding study participation, informed consent, and follow-up procedures.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or college equivalent is preferred.
  • Proven experience in clinical research or clinical trials is highly desirable.
  • Blood drawing skills.
  • Familiarity with clinical trials protocols and documentation review processes.
  • Proficient in using statistical software for data analysis.
  • Strong understanding of patient monitoring techniques and clinical laboratory operations.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with diverse populations.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
