Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Coordinate clinical research studies including regulatory documents, working with the IRB
and funders, data collection systems.
Coordinate with collaborators in and out of the WashU system.
Screen, recruit and consent study participants, often in perinatal or mental health treatment
settings, with sensitivity to psychological distress and stigma.
Manage clinical trial protocols and follow up patients in protocols.
Support a translational research clinic, integrating research assessments and sample
collection into clinical care appointments.
Provide input into research designs and protocols as appropriate.
Be involved in research design, developing and carrying out data analysis plans, and presenting findings in various forms including manuscripts.
Oversee collection of biomarker data as instructed by the team.
Supervise research assistants and trainees working in the laboratory.
