Job Description

  • Works independently or with minimal supervision to oversee day-to-day activities of two qualitative studies focused on the experiences of people who use drugs
  • Manages study activities from startup to closeout, including: Screening, recruiting, enrolling, and consenting participants
  • Feasibility planning
  • Data management and analysis
  • Manuscript and community report preparation
  • Regulatory and IRB document preparation
  • Ensures all study procedures are conducted in accordance with protocol and applicable regulations
  • Assists with orientation and training of students and new staff
  • Supports development of workflows, training materials, and SOP/guidance document revisions
  • Participates in workgroups and team initiatives
  • Contributes to projects including: A study on pregnant people who use drugs
  • Patient navigation for hospitalized patients who use drugs post-discharge

High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years of relevant experience or Bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree and previous experience preferred.
