Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator (Temporary Part-Time) for the School of Nursing.
Among the key duties of this position are the following:
- Contacts potential patient participants to recruit them via remote or in-person at the study clinic site.
- Charts review in Epic, pulls patient registry reports, sends MyChart messages per research protocol, documents in Epic, and collaborates with the clinic team on patient care.
- Provides problem-solving support (counseling and coaching patients on strategies to problem-solve) via phone.
- Documents in the Epic electronic health record.
- Follows IRB policy on human subject research.
- Collaborates with team members and contribute to project discussions.
- Develops procedures for data collection, recruitment efforts, subject enrollment, subject training, and data collection, assist in data management, delivery of study intervention, and data collection.
- Supports administrative tasks related to research projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and grant applications.
Salary Details
$25 - $35/hourly

Work Arrangement
Consistent with the current application of Rutgers Policy 60.3.22 or the applicable provisions of relevant collective negotiations agreements, this position may be eligible for a hybrid work arrangement.
