Position Summary
Flexible work arrangements, including virtual/hybrid work locations, are an integral part of the School of Medicine’s Working Forward initiative. As such, this position’s work location is designated as hybrid. Please note that the designated work location is subject to change based on the unit’s business needs.

This position will serve as a Clinical Research Data Coordinator within the Department of Pediatrics – Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine. The Clinical Research Data Coordinator is responsible for research data management for a variety of complex clinical research protocols, including leading efforts in compiling, verifying, managing, and reporting data. The Clinical Research Data Coordinator also conducts various quality assurance and quality control efforts to ensure the accuracy of research data. The Clinical Research Data Coordinator will use considerable judgement and research skills to carry out data-based research tasks.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.

Management Preferences
  • Demonstrated ability to use considerable judgement and skills in performing work assignments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work and communicate with diverse populations effectively and professionally.
  • Ability to work independently as well as function as part of a team.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
