Compensation & Schedule: $25.01/hour + benefits | Sunday–Thursday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Be part of a dedicated organization committed to saving and improving lives. As a Clinical Review Specialist, you'll play a critical role in transplantation by conducting detailed medical record and case reviews to determine donor eligibility-all while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
This role is perfect for professionals who enjoy analytical, detail-oriented work and have experience in areas such as:

Hospital or clinical environments (medical records, HIM, clinical documentation, case management)

Organ donation, transplant coordination, or eye banking

Specialty clinics (optometry, rehabilitation, sports medicine)

Nursing, clinical review, or quality improvement

Insurance or payer settings (claims analyst, adjuster, underwriter)

Workers' compensation or disability case review

Conduct thorough medical record reviews and case analyses to determine donor eligibility

Interpret clinical documentation, lab results, and infectious disease testing

Apply regulatory guidelines and criteria (FDA, EBAA, SOPs)

Perform utilization-style reviews and make decisions based on established standards

Accurately document findings in EMR and database systems

Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and care teams to obtain missing information

Facilitate physician consultations to support decision-making

Communicate clearly with internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders
