Clinical Services Coordinator

Performs a variety of advanced administrative and clinical operations support duties requiring substantial knowledge of the department’s services, policies, procedures, and operational workflow. Provides administrative and operational support to the department head and clinical staff to ensure the effective delivery of clinical services. Assists with scheduling, staffing coordination, billing support, and departmental administrative processes, while also providing direct support to clinical service delivery when needed.
  • Coordinates day-to-day operational activities supporting clinical services, including scheduling of staff and clients, maintaining service calendars, and ensuring appropriate staff coverage.
  • Provides direct support to clinical programming as needed to maintain continuity of care.
  • Assists with administrative components of service delivery, including billing support, documentation tracking, and coordination of required forms and records.
  • Maintains familiarity with departmental clinical operations to support staff, families, and external stakeholders with questions regarding services, procedures, and scheduling.
  • Supports staff supervision processes by assisting with scheduling coverage, facilitating staff meetings, and coordinating staff monitoring and evaluation procedures as directed by leadership.
  • Assists with recruitment and onboarding of staff, including coordinating interviews, initiating hiring documentation, and supporting onboarding processes.
  • Monitors staff schedules and validates time records to support payroll processing.
  • Oversees operational logistics within the clinical setting, including monitoring supplies, maintaining inventory, and coordinating restocking of materials needed for service delivery.
  • Acts as a departmental liaison to Human Resources, assisting with required documentation, reporting procedures, and communication with appropriate administrative offices.
  • Assists with departmental budget tracking and reconciliation processes, including monitoring invoices, preparing expense documentation, and supporting budget reporting as needed.
  • Provides customer service to clients, families, staff, and visitors by answering inquiries, directing requests, and facilitating communication with appropriate personnel.
  • Assists with departmental reporting, data tracking, and preparation of documents, presentations, and operational materials.
Experience with ABA direct care provision for individuals with Autism preferred

Annual Security & Fire Safety Report
The federal Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act (Clery Act) requires colleges and universities, both public and private, participating in federal student aid programs to disclose campus safety information, and imposes certain basic requirements for handling incidents of sexual violence and emergency situations.
Florida Tech’s 2025 Annual Security and Fire Safety Report includes statistics for the previous three years concerning reported crimes that occurred on campus; in certain off-campus buildings or property owned or controlled by Florida Tech; and on public property within, or immediately adjacent to and accessible from, the campus.

The numbers provided include crime statistics that were reported to local law enforcement agencies, campus security and other Campus Security Authorities.

The report also includes institutional policy statements regarding campus safety and security measures; descriptions of prevention and awareness programs; related university procedures and important guidance; and other essential safety information.

Official Transcripts
