We are hiring for:Seattle, WA, San Jose,. CA, Colorado (Park Medows), HI (Ala Moana), Nashville, (Green Hills), Maryland (Montgomery) and Missouri (West County) Do you have a passion for results-driven skincare and luxury retail? We’re seeking an experienced Clinical Skincare Expert to represent Allies Of Skin across select Nordstrom locations. This freelance role blends advanced skincare knowledge with a polished, high-touch sales approach.Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-site brand ambassador for our clinical skincare line within Nordstrom stores.
• Drive retail sales and support in-store promotions and events.
• Educate Nordstrom beauty associates on product benefits, key ingredients, and treatment protocols.
• Maintain an exceptional level of client service, professionalism, and product expertise.

Qualifications

• Licensed esthetician or relevant skincare certification preferred.
• Experience in prestige or clinical skincare sales—Nordstrom or luxury retail experience a plus.
• Deep knowledge of skincare ingredients, treatments, and current industry trends.
• Flexible freelance schedule based on store needs and events.
• Competitive hourly rate plus performance incentives.
