Clinical Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive product induction sessions for new employees.
• Plan, organize, and deliver internal training on product knowledge, both theoretical and practical.
• Provide continuous education on product use and patient care techniques.
• Coordinate and manage hospital workshops, training sessions, and awareness activities.
• Develop and maintain monthly activity and training calendars.
• Track and monitor activities across all territories to ensure timely execution.
• Collect and analyze data post workshops and events.
• Develop, update, and enhance training materials and modules.
• Track newly generated leads and ensure proper follow-up.
• Oversee and guide the team responsible for patient/guardian communication.
• Share valuable insights for product improvements and new product development.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: B.Sc Nursing or M.Sc Nursing.
• Certification: Enterostomal Therapy Nurse qualification is mandatory.
• Core Skills: Strong presentation, communication, and training skills.
• Other Requirements: Willingness to travel extensively and manage field activities with enthusiasm.
