We are looking to recruit Clinical Support Workers to join our established Nursing Team.
We are looking for Clinical Support Workers who are motivated and want to make a difference to patient outcomes and wish to join our welcoming team.
M2 Orthopaedic is the Elective Orthopaedic ward which has 12 beds for patients undergoing total hip, total knee replacements and other upper and lower limb surgery.
M2 Orthopaedic is part of the Cheshire and Merseyside Surgical hub so it is an exciting time to join the team with recent and ongoing changes and improvements to the elective orthopaedic patients journey.
Key responsibilities;
Provide and support patients as necessary with both personal and clinical care.
Maintain accurate records of the patients care, documenting as appropriate of electronic patient record.
Observe patient and report any changes to Registered Nurse
Report any anormal findings directly to registered nurse/professional or doctor
Undertake a range of basic housekeeping, stock control, and administrative duties within the clinical environment.
