Job description

Position Summary

The Clinical Triage Specialist is a healthcare professional responsible for assessing patient needs based on the severity of their condition, ensuring timely and appropriate medical attention. This role is critical within our U.S. healthcare network.

Joining as a Clinical Triage Specialist offers a dynamic career path with growth opportunities. The next step could lead to a role as a Clinical Research and Medical Diagnosis Specialist, where you will learn how to assess patient charts and identify gaps.

Alternatively, progression to a Master Trainer in Clinical Triage is possible, allowing you to design and upgrade curriculum with U.S. healthcare professionals and mentor other specialists.

Additional opportunities include roles in Value-Based Care (VBC) and Medical Scribe Services (MSO), directly engaging with U.S. healthcare providers. These roles enhance your understanding of ICD coding and best practices in U.S. healthcare. Training opportunities, including company-paid international travel to Dubai and the U.S., facilitate access to global healthcare networks and professional development. Long-term commitment is rewarded with continuous learning opportunities, paid courses, certifications, and comprehensive training in EMR systems, patient protocols, and night-time care guidelines.
