Wicked Technologies is building the Wicked Smart Pad (WSP) — an IoT-enabled smart incontinence monitoring system designed for senior living and memory care communities. Our mission is to improve care quality by enabling faster response times, reducing skin breakdown, and enhancing resident dignity.

We are preparing to execute a lean, real-world pilot study across ~2 senior living communities (≈50 residents total).

Role Overview
We are seeking a Clinical Trial Lead to design, operationalize, and execute a funded clinical study.

You will own the study from protocol finalization → SOP authorship → site execution → data → final report.

What’s Already in Place
-Draft study design aligned to reimbursement strategy
-Defined high-level endpoints and use case
-Identified target sites and population

Key Responsibilities
-Protocol Finalization & SOP Development
-Refine and finalize the study protocol
-Own authorship of lean, fit-for-purpose SOPs, including:
-Study execution / site operations
-Data collection & handling
-Protocol deviations & issue handling
-Device usage within study context
-Ensure documentation is credible (audit-defensible) but not overbuilt
-Recommendations for scale + reimbursement pathway

Ideal Candidate
-Experience leading medical device clinical studies or pilot trials
-Proven ability to write SOPs and operationalize studies from scratch

Pay: $50.00 - $100.00 per hour
