We are seeking a Turkish-speaking Clinical Trial Psych Rater to support high-quality and standardized clinical assessments within ongoing research studies. In this role, you will ensure the reliability and integrity of clinical trial data by reviewing rating scales, evaluating assessment quality, and providing real-time guidance to raters on scoring methodology and best practices. Additional responsibilities include conducting functional performance assessments (e.g., mock interviews) and assisting with communication materials and documentation.

Participate in all required orientation, training, and calibration activities.

Review case data and prepare for rater discussions, ensuring all relevant scale items and documents are readily available.

Conduct live interactions with raters to provide feedback on scoring techniques and assessment methodology.

Complete assigned tasks and rater interactions according to established timelines.

Submit all required documentation accurately and on schedule.

Master’s degree (MA/MS) in Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatric Nursing, Social Work, or equivalent.

MD, DO, or PhD preferred.

Minimum 3 years administering psychiatric assessments, rating scales, and/or structured clinical interviews (e.g., MADRS/SIGMA, CGI-S, C-SSRS, HDRS‑17, ISI, PHQ‑9).

At least 3 years of clinical experience with psychiatric populations.

Minimum 3 years administering scales in clinical research trials (excluding graduate/doctoral research).

Experience in CNS trials preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills for professional interactions across all levels.

Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, time management, and problem‑solving skills.

Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
