Clinician Recruiter I

  • This position is hybrid that requires about 2 days a week onsite in Corvallis, OR.

  • What You’ll Do

    • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment plans.
    • Identify, engage, and build relationships with clinicians across multiple specialties.
    • Utilize sourcing techniques, social platforms, and talent pipelines to find the best candidates.
    • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from initial outreach to offer acceptance—ensuring a positive candidate experience.
    • Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously refine strategies to attract diverse, high-quality talent.
  • What We’re Looking For

    • Proven experience in healthcare recruitment, with a strong understanding of clinician roles.
    • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
    • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.

  • EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION

    • Bachelor's degree in health care, marketing or a related field required.

    • Three years (3) experience in health care, marketing, human resources or sales required.

    • Experience or training with MS Office and database applications required.

    • Physician recruitment experience preferred.

  • KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

    • Time management: Ability to organize, plan and prioritize work to complete within required time frames and to follow-up on pending issues. Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and thrive in dynamic fast-paced environments and under pressure.

    • Sales and Marketing: Knowledge of marketing strategy and sales techniques to show, promote, and sell products or services. Ability to understand the needs of clients and translate those needs into profitable objectives.

    • Communication: Effective written and oral communication skills to explain complex issues, exchange information between team members, and tactfully discuss quality issues. Ability to perform group presentations and listen to and understand complex information and ideas.

    • Customer service: Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
