Overview:
Forefront Dermatology is seeking a dedicated and organized Remote Clinician Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. This role is crucial in attracting top talent and ensuring a smooth recruitment process for our growing network of dermatology clinicians. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for supporting healthcare recruitment.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support: Assist in the full lifecycle recruitment process for clinical candidates, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.

Project Management: Lead various clincial support programs and functions (APP University, Locums, etc)

Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels such as social media, job boards, networking, and direct outreach to identify and engage potential clinical candidates.

Vendor Management: Coordinate with external recruiting agencies and job boards to post openings and manage relationships.

Scheduling: Organize and coordinate interviews and onsite visits between candidates and local practices, facilitating seamless communication.

Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment databases, including Salesforce.

Job Postings: Create and update job postings on the company’s career page and various job boards, ensuring engaging and accurate descriptions.

Collaboration: Work closely & maintain communication with internal teams to identify staffing needs, provide status updates, and strategize recruitment initiatives.

Reporting: Prepare recruitment reports and metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Event/Conference Support: Manage, support, and attend industry, conference, and networking events.

For this position, the base pay range is $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year. Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education, certifications, or training.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field preferred.

Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or marketing, preferably in a healthcare setting.

Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and Salesforce.

Knowledge of healthcare recruitment laws and regulations is a plus.
