CLO Operations Manager - Leading Credit Hedge Fund - $400k TC

A fast-growing, globally integrated alternative asset manager with a strong institutional investor base is seeking a US CLO Operations Manager to lead its New York-based CLO Operations function. The firm specializes in public and private credit strategies — including structured credit, opportunistic credit, direct lending, and asset-backed finance — and has built a scalable global platform across the US and Europe.

This is a senior, high-impact role overseeing the full lifecycle of the US CLO platform, managing day-to-day operations, warehouse activity, loan settlements, cash movements, compliance monitoring, reconciliations, and monthly reporting. Acting as a key partner to Portfolio Management, Trading, and Structuring, you will lead and develop the US CLO Ops team, oversee third-party service providers (trustees, administrators, outsourced middle office), review waterfalls and investor reporting, perform hypothetical trade testing, and play a central role in driving operational enhancements and strategic growth initiatives across the platform.

The firm is in an active issuance and repricing phase, with a growing pipeline and continued platform expansion, offering significant visibility and leadership responsibility within a dynamic, entrepreneurial credit environment.
