CLO Trade Support - Global Hedge Fund - Strong $ Comp Package

A fast growing global hedge fund is looking to hire a CLO Trade Support Analyst into its New York office. The platform invests across a range of liquid and illiquid credit strategies, with a growing CLO business.

This role sits at the intersection of trading, portfolio management, and operations, supporting the day-to-day activity of the firm’s CLO platform. You will be responsible for facilitating loan trade execution, coordinating settlements, and ensuring accurate capture of transaction activity across internal systems and external counterparties. The position involves close interaction with traders, portfolio managers, and agents to manage trade flow from execution through settlement, while helping to resolve breaks, track allocations, and maintain data integrity across portfolios.

You will also play a key role in monitoring portfolio activity, assisting with cash movements, and supporting the ongoing management of warehouse and CLO vehicles. This includes working with trustees, administrators, and internal teams to ensure smooth processing of trades and positioning, as well as contributing to process improvements and operational efficiencies across the platform.

The role offers strong exposure to live trading activity and deal flow, with the opportunity to work closely alongside investment professionals in a fast-paced credit environment. It is well-suited to someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable operating in a high-volume, execution-focused seat.
