About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Closer (Medical Billing) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the complete medical billing process and revenue cycle management (RCM). This role involves finalizing claims, ensuring billing accuracy, reconciling accounts, and communicating effectively with clients to resolve outstanding issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and finalize medical billing claims ensuring accuracy and compliance with payer requirements.
• Handle claim closures and verify payment posting and reconciliation.
• Communicate directly with clients and insurance companies to resolve denials, rejections, and pending claims.
• Ensure all billing data is complete and submitted within set timelines.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and financial information.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline billing and closing procedures.
• Generate daily or weekly closing reports for management.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in medical billing and RCM operations.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end billing and claims processes.
• Proficiency with billing software and EHR/EMR systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced night-shift environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience communicating with U.S.-based clients.
• Knowledge of industry-standard billing software (e.g., Kareo, eClinicalWorks, Athena).
• Ability to handle multiple accounts and maintain productivity targets.
