Position Overview

We are hiring motivated and experienced Final Expense Closers to convert warm leads into finalized insurance applications. You will receive live transfers and pre-qualified prospects from our internal team. Your role is to build rapport, explain FE coverage options, handle objections, and close deals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive live transfer Final Expense leads from our call center team.
• Understand prospect needs, health info, and budget.
• Present suitable Final Expense plans and overcome objections confidently.
• Close sales on the same call to maximize conversion rates.
• Maintain compliance and call quality at all times.
• Update CRM and daily reporting accurately.
• Meet weekly and monthly closing targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in Final Expense closing, telesales, or life insurance campaigns (preferred).
• Strong communication, listening, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to follow company scripts and sales processes.
• Energetic, confident, and target-driven personality.
• Team player with a strong work ethic.
