Salesman– Factory Outlet (New Opening)

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Sales Executive to support the launch and day-to-day operations of our new factory outlet. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in retail, apparel, or consumer goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers, understand their needs, and recommend appropriate products.
• Maintain a high standard of store presentation, product display, and cleanliness.
• Handle billing, POS operations, receipts, and daily cash reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate sales records and support inventory tracking.
• Develop a thorough understanding of the product range to address customer inquiries effectively.
• Meet daily/weekly sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, customer service standards, and operational procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant sales or retail experience.
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
• Professional appearance and punctual work habits.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic computer and POS knowledge.
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
