Job Title: Sales Executive – Freight & Logistics

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing team in the freight and logistics industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting the sales process across road, sea, and air freight services.

Key Responsibilities:

· Generate new business leads by researching and identifying potential clients in the freight industry (road, sea, and air).

· Set appointments with prospective clients to introduce our supply chain and freight services.

· Actively pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.

· Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads and ongoing client support.

· Coordinate and manage sales schedules, meetings, and follow-ups with clients.

· Maintain and update the CRM system with client information, leads, and sales progress.

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client requirements and expectations.

· Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new business and promote company services.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.

· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

· Previous experience in sales or business development (preferably in logistics/freight) will be an advantage.

· Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
