About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Consultant with a strong understanding of the UK market. The ideal candidate will be proactive, tech-savvy, and passionate about business development, client acquisition, and using AI tools to enhance efficiency. This is a hybrid position requiring bi-weekly visits to our Bahria Town Phase 7 office for meetings and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective business development strategies targeting clients in the UK market.
- Manage bidding and proposal activities on Upwork, Freelancer, PeoplePerHour, and other online platforms.
- Utilise AI tools and automation to streamline lead generation, research, and proposal creation.
- Use CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho) to manage leads, track progress, and maintain client relationships.
- Lead and support a small lead generation team to achieve monthly growth targets.
- Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities independently.
- Prepare reports, forecasts, and client performance updates.
Requirements
- Proven experience in UK market business development or sales consultancy.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools, automation platforms, and CRM software.
- Demonstrated success in winning projects via freelancing portals.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Highly self-motivated, independent, and passionate about business growth.
- Able to commit 3–4 hours per day, with flexibility for UK time zones.
- Strong portfolio with verifiable client references.
