Assistant Manager Sales

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager Sales to expand our dealership network for uPVC doors and windows. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new dealer relationships, and ensuring strong market penetration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to expand the dealership network.
• Achieve sales targets through effective channel management and business development.
• Identify, appoint, and train new dealers across assigned regions.
• Monitor dealer performance and ensure brand visibility and compliance.
• Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to support dealers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 3+ years of sales experience in the building materials / uPVC / construction industry.
• Proven track record in dealer or distribution network development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Willing to travel extensively.
