We are looking for a motivated and confident Business development representative to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will engage with potential clients(International) through cold calling, online outreach, and follow-ups, promoting our logistics and freight services. This role is ideal for both fresh graduates looking to start a career in sales and experienced professionals aiming to grow in the logistics sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and explain our logistics services.
  • Identify new business opportunities through cold calling and online platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to generate repeat business..
  • Maintain call logs, leads, and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless client onboarding.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales generation targets.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English.
  • Confident phone manner and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and online communication tools.
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and willingness to learn.
  • Prior experience in telesales, customer service, or logistics is a plus (not mandatory).

Education:

  • Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s Degree (any discipline).
