Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end sales for high-rise residential/commercial projects.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and project site visits.
- Explain project features, pricing, and payment plans clearly to customers.
- Generate leads through networking, channel partners, and follow-ups.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to drive conversions and referrals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Support customers with booking formalities and documentation.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and pricing.
Skills Required
- Strong communication & negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of high-rise/real estate project selling.
- Customer-focused with strong follow-up discipline.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
Qualification
- Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3–5 years of real estate sales experience, preferably in high-rise projects.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs85,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Rawalpindi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
