We are looking for a skilled Upwork Proposal Bidding Expert to manage our Upwork profile, identify high-quality project opportunities, and submit winning proposals for our architecture, interior design, and 3D visualization services. The ideal candidate must understand Upwork’s algorithm, write personalized proposals, and generate consistent leads for our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Search for relevant jobs in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Rendering, CAD Drafting, and Visualization.
  • Write high-converting, personalized proposals tailored to each client’s needs.
  • Use connects wisely and maintain a daily record of bids.
  • Manage the Upwork profile, including job filters, saved searches, and proposal strategy.
  • Respond quickly to client messages and schedule discovery calls for the sales team.
  • Track proposal performance and update the CRM/Google Sheet.
  • Coordinate with project managers and designers for technical input.
  • Optimize proposal templates for higher conversion rates.
  • Analyze competition and suggest improvements for profile ranking.
  • Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly bidding goals are met.

Deliverables

The hired expert must deliver:

Daily Deliverables

  • 5–10 high-quality proposals submitted daily
  • All proposals logged in the CRM/Google Sheet
  • Immediate response to client messages
  • Forwarding hot leads to sales closer

Weekly Deliverables

  • Minimum 5–10 client replies
  • Minimum 2–4 meetings/calls booked
  • Updated performance report (proposals sent, replies, cost of connects)
  • Improvement suggestions for proposal templates

Monthly Deliverables

  • Minimum $5,000+ worth of project opportunities generated
  • At least 5–8 qualified leads converted to calls
  • Proposal-to-response rate of 15–25%
  • Full analytics report of connects usage and ROI

Required Skills

  • Proven experience as an Upwork bidder or proposal writer
  • Strong communication and English writing skills
  • Ability to understand architecture & interior design projects
  • Knowledge of Upwork algorithms and best practices
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Strong time management skills
  • Experience using CRM, Google Sheets, or lead trackers

Preferred Skills

Compensation

  • Monthly fixed salary (PKR 40,000–70,000)
