Job Summary:

We are seeking an organized, dedicated, and results-driven Project Manager to lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in handling cross-functional teams, and the ability to ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget while maintaining high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and supervise end-to-end project lifecycles
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements
• Develop project plans, schedules, and task breakdowns for smooth execution
• Coordinate and collaborate with developers, designers, QA team, and stakeholders
• Conduct regular project meetings to track progress and ensure task alignment
• Identify risks and issues early and develop mitigation or improvement plans
• Monitor project performance and ensure tasks are completed within deadlines
• Communicate professionally with clients to collect requirements, provide updates, and address concerns
• Maintain proper documentation of project activities and progress reports
• Ensure project deliverables meet business, functional, and quality requirements
• Oversee deployment and post-delivery support when required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager / IT Project Coordinator / Team Lead
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com)
• Ability to handle multiple projects and cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) is preferred
