Sysinn is a fast-growing Scandinavian digital media and technology company operating across Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Pakistan. With a team of 47 professionals and multiple new digital ventures planned for 2025–2026, we are expanding our Strategy & Research division.

We specialize in building online platforms, digital services, and scalable web-based ventures from the ground up — starting from idea validation and market research to full product launch.

About the Role

This role focuses on strategy, research, and product planning — not development or design.

As the Project Manager & Market Research Analyst, you will work closely with the CEO to convert high-value domain names and business concepts into fully structured digital ventures for the Scandinavian market.

You will play a key role in identifying business opportunities, analyzing competitors, defining monetization models, planning the site structure, and preparing detailed project documentation for our SEO, design, content, and development teams.
Later, you will oversee the development phase to ensure the final product aligns with your research and strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct deep competitor and market research across Norway, Sweden, and Denmark to identify opportunities for platforms, digital services, and lead-generation businesses.
  • Assess Sysinn’s domain names for branding potential, commercial value, SEO strength, and market relevance.
  • Develop complete business concepts including:
  • Target audience profiling
  • Monetization strategies (services, affiliate, ads, lead generation, products)
  • SEO strategy roadmap
  • Content direction and structure
  • Service positioning and competitive differentiation
  • Prepare detailed project documents including market analysis, sitemaps, user journeys, and monetization proposals.
  • Convert strategic plans into executable tasks for SEO, UI/UX, development, and content teams.
  • Lead the execution phase and ensure the final platform aligns with the approved strategy.
  • Track performance after launch using analytics, search visibility, and user behaviour data to recommend ongoing improvements.
  • Stay updated with Scandinavian digital trends, consumer behaviour patterns, and emerging business opportunities.

Minimum Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in digital market research, business analysis, SEO strategy, digital product planning, or online business development.
  • Strong analytical ability and experience turning research insights into practical business strategies.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, SimilarWeb, Google Trends, or related platforms.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Knowledge of Scandinavian markets is a strong plus (Google.no, Google.se, Google.dk, Finn.no, Prisjakt, etc.).
  • Ability to prepare clear reports, plan digital concepts, and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA/Master’s is preferred).
  • Reliable internet connection and a properly functioning laptop/PC.

This is not a developer or designer role. Candidates with purely technical development backgrounds will not be shortlisted. The focus is on strategy, planning, and business research.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
