Project Management Internship

Location: Faisalabad (Onsite)
Shift Timings: 05:00 PM - 02:00 AM
Stipend: 10,000 PKR
Experience Required: Fresh or 3 to 6 Months

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Project Management Intern to join our team!
This role is ideal for someone who is a fresh graduate in IT/SE/CS with 3 to 6 months of basic project management experience, eager to grow and take on more responsibilities.
This internship is leading to a full-time job based on performance, so commitment and willingness to learn are essential.

You must have basic project management knowledge and be able to manage the 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM shift timings.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing projects from initiation to delivery.
✔ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
✔ Track project progress and create reports for stakeholders.
✔ Manage project documentation and ensure all records are up to date.
✔ Facilitate team meetings, ensuring clear communication and issue resolution.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate in IT, CS, SE, or a relevant field with basic technical knowledge of project management.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) will be a plus.
• Must be available for the 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM shift.
