Closing Attorney

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years experience in Real Estate.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Buyer and Seller closings for different client types.
• Advise lenders, buyers, sellers, and real estate agents on Real Estate laws and procedures.
• Draft legal documents including contracts, deeds, and other legal documents.
• Advise paralegals and other employees on Real Estate laws.
• Represent clients in real estate transactions.
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to practice areas.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff within the firm to ensure comprehensive legal support.

Skills

• Strong communication skills.
• Excellent writing skills for drafting legal documents and correspondence.
• Solid research capabilities.
• Prior experience in a law office setting is preferred.
• Real Estate experience is a plus.
• SC Bar License or ability to waive in is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Projected Total Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
