Closing Barista

Hiring Closing Barista.

MUST have open availability Monday through Friday from 1 p.m. to 8p.m.

Sorry, NO SUMMER ONLY or SEASONAL work available.

Any leadership or prior Barista experience is a plus but not required.

Barista experience is appreciated BUT NOT REQUIRED - Opportunity for advancement available.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile
• Get to know our regulars' names and drink preferences
• Answer customer questions and make sure they have a fantastic experience in our shop
• Take orders while paying attention to details (e.g. preferences of coffee blend, dairy and sugar ratios)
• Prepare beverages following recipes
• Serve beverages and prepared food, like cookies, pastries and muffins
• Receive and process payments (cash and credit cards)
• Keep the prep area clean
• Maintain stock
• Comply with health and safety regulations

Skills

• Flexibility to work various shifts
• Basic math skills
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $13.00 per hour
