CLOTHING JOB MERCHANDISER

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Clothing Merchandiser to join our retail team immediately. The ideal candidate will have experience in fashion merchandising, a good eye for visual presentation, and strong organizational skills to support stock management and display strategies that drive sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and implement attractive visual merchandise displays for clothing and fashion items according to brand standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers or store teams for timely replenishment.
• Analyze sales performance and trends to recommend assortment adjustments and merchandising strategies.
• Maintain accurate pricing, labeling, and product presentation across the sales floor.
• Ensure the store or merchandising areas are organized, clean, and visually appealing.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support revenue targets and achieve productivity goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in clothing or fashion merchandising — retail experience preferred.
• Strong eye for fashion trends, presentation, and stock management.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
• Currently residing in Bahrain and available for immediate joining.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Education or training in Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, or Retail Management.
• Knowledge of inventory systems or retail KPIs helpful but not mandatory.
