CLOTHING MERCHANDISER

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Clothing Merchandiser to join our retail team immediately. The ideal candidate must be locally available in Bahrain and ready to join without notice. You will be responsible for planning and executing visual merchandising strategies to maximize sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement attractive visual merchandising displays for clothing and accessories
• Ensure products are displayed according to brand guidelines and seasonal themes
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the sales team for replenishment
• Analyze sales performance and adjust displays to improve sales
• Maintain store layout, mannequins, and window displays
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of merchandise areas
• Coordinate with suppliers and management regarding new arrivals and promotions
• Support sales team to achieve store targets

Requirements

• Currently residing in Bahrain (mandatory)
• Available for immediate joining
• Proven experience in clothing/fashion merchandising
• Strong sense of fashion trends and visual presentation
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Basic knowledge of inventory management
