Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Clothing Purchaser to manage the sourcing, procurement, and vendor coordination for our clothing department. The ideal candidate should have strong market knowledge, negotiation skills, and experience in purchasing garments, fabrics, and fashion-related items.

Key Responsibilities

· Handle end-to-end purchasing of clothing, garments, and related items.

· Source reliable suppliers and maintain strong vendor relationships.

· Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and delivery schedules.

· Monitor fashion trends, customer demand, and market pricing.

· Ensure product quality, correct sizing, and fabric standards.

· Coordinate with store managers to understand stock needs and forecast demand.

· Maintain optimal inventory levels and avoid overstock/shortages.

· Verify purchase orders, invoices, and delivery documents.

· Ensure timely restocking of best-selling items.

· Maintain accurate records of suppliers, contracts, and procurement data.

· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly purchasing reports.

Requirements

Minimum 2–4 years of experience in garment purchasing or clothing procurement.

Strong knowledge of clothing brands, fabrics, styles, and market trends.

Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.

Strong analytical skills and ability to forecast demand.

Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.

Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
