Cloud Amaze - Data Technical Project Manager

Key Responsibilities: • Responsible for the overall engagement health including managing the project delivery as well as supporting account growth on new initiatives. • Technology experience - Cloud, Azure Databricks, Azure DataFactory, SQL, PySpark, Python, PowerBI • Prior Industry experience - Managed Care Organization (MCO), HealthCare Payer experience, claims and case management. • Will be client’s primary point-of-contact and represent Hexaware delivery team in all client meetings • Work along with team and Develop & maintain project plans, schedules, and status reports to track progress and communicate updates to client stakeholders. • Will be responsible for coordinating with onsite/offshore team , ensuring successful implementation of projects/programs, and driving continuous improvement. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. • Jointly responsible to manage project risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery. • Ensure adherence to project management best practices, processes, and methodologies. Qualifications: • Proven experience (15+ years) in project management, with a focus on delivering data-related projects. • Exposure or experience in delivering Healthcare especially Payer domain related areas is mandatory skills. • Role requires strong leadership, communication, and project management skills, as well as deep understanding of data technologies and methodologies. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. • PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certifications are a plus. • Experience working in Agile or other iterative development methodologies. • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving organization, with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
