Cloud Ambassador – Reception (UAE Nationals Only)

Cloud Spaces is looking for an enthusiastic Cloud Ambassador – Reception to be the welcoming face of our brand and deliver outstanding service, operational excellence, and client engagement across our locations.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, offering a warm, professional, and memorable welcome.
• Support new client onboarding, including phone setups, system orientations, and tailored reception assistance.
• Manage day-to-day reception operations — calls, couriers, bookings, meeting rooms, and video conferencing.
• Provide exceptional customer service, assisting clients and sharing local insights to enhance their experience.
• Operate and maintain IT and communication systems, including IP phones, interactive screens, and booking platforms.
• Collaborate with the team and management, contributing to a positive, efficient, and service-driven workplace.

What Success Looks Like:

• Become fully proficient with all systems and tools within the first 3 months.
• Deliver a five-star service experience that reflects Cloud Spaces’ high standards.
• Play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations and client satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

• Passion for customer service and hospitality.
• Previous experience in reception, guest relations, or office administration is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Positive, professional, and proactive attitude with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
