Job Purpose

Cloud Support function is under ICT Support Services, Cloud Support is responsible to support all customers hosted at Etisalat public cloud environment over VMware technology. Cloud support is responsible to provide a stable healthy environment to all Etisalat public cloud customer, Including reachability and performance of customer VMs. Cloud Support is responsible at managing the upgrades needed to be applied at Etisalat public cloud environment
