- Partner with sales and account teams to define transformation roadmaps, architecture blueprints, and value articulation for cloud initiatives.
- Translating client pain points into compelling, outcome-based cloud solutions that align with business strategy, risk, and compliance needs.
- Collaborate with global capability teams (Cloud COE, Data & AI, Security, DevOps) to integrate cross-domain capabilities into client-specific proposals.
- Support deal shaping, bid defenses, and client workshops by articulating the technical and business differentiation of our solutions.
- Capability Building & Knowledge Reuse
- Build BFSI-focused cloud frameworks, accelerators, and best-practice repositories to enhance reusability across pursuits.
- Maintain an up-to-date solution library of case studies, pricing models, reference architectures, and proposal templates.
- Identify and onboard strategic partnerships (hyperscalers, fintechs, ISVs) that strengthen our value proposition.
- Work with global delivery and innovation teams to continuously refine offerings around cloud modernization, core transformation, and data-driven banking.
- Consulting - Advisory & Thought Leadership
- Advise clients and internal teams on cloud-native banking, data platforms, GenAI integration, and regulatory compliance in cloud environments.
- Develop thought leadership content (whitepapers, PoVs, webinars) highlighting innovative use of cloud in BFSI transformation.
- Represent the firm in industry events, client advisory councils, and cloud ecosystem roundtables.
- Collaboration with Global Capability Teams
- Partner with global Cloud CoE and solution architects to leverage reusable IPs, delivery patterns, and innovation assets.
- Act as the bridge between regional sales teams and global technical leaders to ensure consistent quality and scalability of proposed solutions.
- Contribute to cross-region capability communities for continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and capability alignment.
- Support joint solution incubation initiatives with global teams to co-create new offerings.
