We are looking for a skilled Cloud DevOps Engineer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in AWS cloud environments, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD pipeline management, and system operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in automation, cloud platform design, system troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration. This role requires the ability to design, deploy, and maintain highly available, secure, and fault-tolerant systems using AWS best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Cloud Infrastructure:

  • Design, deploy, document, and support cloud platform capabilities using AWS best practices (fault tolerance, high availability, and security).

  • Manage and maintain both Windows and Linux operating systems at scale.

• CI/CD & Automation:

  • Design, deploy, and support CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Bitbucket, and internal deployment frameworks.

  • Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or AWS CDK.

  • Drive automation initiatives for deployments, monitoring, and operations.

• Monitoring & Troubleshooting:

  • Perform advanced technical troubleshooting for cloud and infrastructure issues.

  • Build and maintain monitoring and logging dashboards using tools such as New Relic, Dynatrace, or similar.

  • Analyze system metrics to identify root causes and optimize performance.

• Collaboration & Support:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to support operational and project requirements from design through implementation and operations.

  • Produce clear and effective technical documentation for systems, processes, and troubleshooting.

  • Contribute to Agile development processes, actively collaborating with engineering and operations teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience with AWS cloud platform (designing, deploying, and supporting applications).

• Strong expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK.

• Proven experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Bitbucket).

• Solid understanding of system design and architecture principles.

• Strong Linux administration skills, with exposure to Windows administration at scale.

• Knowledge of networking fundamentals: IP addresses, DNS, routing, firewalls, load balancers, and WAFs.

• Experience in monitoring and logging using tools like New Relic, Dynatrace, CloudWatch, etc.

• Strong documentation, collaboration, and communication skills.

• Passion for innovation and automation in cloud environments.

Desired Skills

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps best practices.

• Strong troubleshooting skills with ability to root cause issues quickly.

• Experience in high-availability, fault-tolerant architecture design on AWS.

• Knowledge of security best practices in cloud environments.
