What is the Solutions Consulting & Engineering (SC&E) Team and why join?

Solutions Consulting & Engineering is an organization that is Customer Focused and Solutions Led. We deliver end-to-end and emerging solutions to drive customer satisfaction, increase profitability and growth. Our success is enabled by our world-class management consulting, delivery excellence and engineering brilliance. Our goal is to bring together business acumen with full-stack technical know-how to develop innovative solutions for our clients' most complex challenges.

Position Overview

The Cloud Director - Program Delivery Lead owns end-to-end delivery of large-scale, complex cloud transformation programs for WWT's strategic enterprise clients. This is a senior delivery leadership role that pairs program rigor with executive presence: building trust-based relationships with client leadership, orchestrating cross-functional teams, surfacing and resolving risk early, and bringing fresh thinking - including the integration of AI - into how we deliver.

The right leader is equally comfortable in the boardroom and in the weeds. They influence senior client stakeholders, mobilize multi-disciplinary teams, and translate ambiguity into clear priorities and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Delivery Ownership

  • Own end-to-end delivery of complex cloud transformation programs, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality outcomes.
  • Lead cross-functional teams - including program/project managers, architects, and engineers - to drive technical execution.
  • Conduct regular executive and operational reviews to align on priorities, risks, and value realization.

Client Relationships & Strategic Advisory

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer executives, program sponsors, and key stakeholders.
  • Proactively manage customer expectations and address concerns to maintain high satisfaction and trust.
  • Act as a strategic advisor, guiding customers through cloud adoption, modernization, and operational transformation.

Executive Communication & Reporting

  • Develop and present data-driven reports, dashboards, and recommendations to leadership and customers.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts in a way that resonates with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver high-impact executive presentations, steering committee updates, and business reviews.
  • Foster a culture of transparency by keeping stakeholders informed of risks, dependencies, and trade-offs.

Risk, Issue & Escalation Management

  • Identify and resolve risks and issues early; leverage escalation as a deliberate tool, not a last resort.
  • Maintain a single, integrated view of risks, dependencies, and decisions across all workstreams.
  • Operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments (including agile programs), translating complexity into clear priorities and direction.

Innovation & Growth

  • Bring new ideas and innovation into existing programs - with particular emphasis on integrating AI into delivery (for productivity, quality, insight, and client outcomes).
  • Position additional WWT services, innovations, capabilities, and offerings that drive business value and growth.
  • Identify opportunities for expansion in cloud or other solution areas.
