About the Role

We’re building a new team to deliver enterprise-grade web
applications for government and public sector clients. As our founding Senior
Full-Stack Engineer, you’ll set the technical foundation — choosing the
framework, defining standards, and shipping the first set of projects
end-to-end. This is a high-ownership role for someone who has delivered
client-facing projects before and wants to lead from the front on technically
solid, reliably delivered software.

What You’ll Do

Own end-to-end delivery of medium-complexity web
applications for government and enterprise clients — from architecture
decisions through deployment and handover.

Set up reusable frameworks, project templates, and
engineering standards that the team will use across multiple client
engagements.

Translate non-technical requirements from government
stakeholders into clear technical scope, milestones, and deliverables.

Architect secure systems with first-class role-based access
control, audit logging, and compliance-aware patterns built in from day one.

Lead client conversations as the primary technical point of
contact — status updates, technical trade-offs, scope discussions.

Review code, mentor junior developers, and raise the quality
bar across the team.

Partner with QA, and project management to ship on time,
every sprint.

What We’re Looking For

Must-have

4+ years of professional full-stack development experience
with production deliveries to clients or end users.

Strong proficiency in React.js / Next.js, Node.js,
Express.js, and TypeScript.

Solid experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL
preferred) and at least one NoSQL database (MongoDB).

Hands-on experience implementing authentication,
authorization, and RBAC in real applications.

Experience integrating third-party APIs, webhooks, and
payment or identity systems.

Comfort with Docker, Git-based workflows, and CI/CD
practices.

Demonstrated experience as a client-facing engineer or
technical lead — not just executing tickets, but managing stakeholders.

Track record of consistently meeting deadlines and
delivering production-quality work under SLA-driven conditions.

Nice to have

Prior experience on government, public sector, BFSI, or
other compliance-driven projects.

Familiarity with audit logging, data residency, and security
review processes.

Experience setting up new projects from scratch — not just
extending existing codebases.

Exposure to caching layers (Redis), search infrastructure (Meili
search / Elasticsearch), or microservices.

Mentorship experience with junior developers.
