About the job

Required skills (must have)

• Google Cloud Platform : hands-on experience with Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, BigQuery, Pub/Sub, IAM, VPC, Cloud Functions.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) : strong knowledge of Terraform (Deployment Manager/Ansible is a plus).
• Containers & Orchestration : Docker, Kubernetes (GKE), Helm.
• CI/CD & DevOps : automation pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins, Cloud Build, ArgoCD).
• Networking & Security : firewall, load balancer, VPN, IAM, access and identity policy management.
• Monitoring & Logging : observability tools (Cloud Monitoring/Logging, Prometheus, Grafana).
• Scripting : solid proficiency in Python and Bash.

Preferred skills (nice to have)

• Google Professional Cloud Engineer or Google Professional Data Engineer certification.
• Experience in multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
• Knowledge of FinOps practices for cloud cost optimization.
• Experience with service mesh tools (Istio, Linkerd).

Required soft skills

• Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams (DevOps, Data, Security).
• Strong documentation mindset (architectures, procedures, runbooks).
• Problem-solving skills in complex and distributed environments.
• Flexibility and curiosity towards new cloud-native technologies
