About the Role

Business Line is building a dedicated Cloud Practice to deliver secure, scalable, and managed cloud hosting solutions for enterprise applications across public and private sector organizations. We are looking for a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure that supports a wide range of enterprise workloads, including ERP solutions and otherbusiness-critical applications.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering production-ready cloud environments, ensuring high availability, security, scalability, and operational excellence while working closely with application teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, Microsoft Azure, or other cloud platforms.
• Build and maintain secure, scalable, and highly available cloud environments for enterprise applications.
• Administer Windows Server and Linux operating systems.
• Configure and manage virtualization platforms such as VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, or equivalent technologies.
• Configure and manage networking components, including VLANs, VPNs, firewalls, DNS, routing, and load balancing.
• Implement infrastructure monitoring, performance optimization, and capacity planning.
• Configure and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions.
• Perform OS patching, security hardening, system maintenance, and vulnerability remediation.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, networking, storage, and virtualization issues.
• Collaborate with application teams to provision production-ready environments for enterprise workloads.
• Maintain infrastructure documentation, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
• Coordinate with cloud providers and technology vendors to resolve infrastructure-related issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure, system administration, or infrastructure engineering.
• Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or other public cloud platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux administration.
• Experience with VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, or similar virtualization technologies.
• Good understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, routing, and firewalls.
• Experience with backup, disaster recovery, and infrastructure monitoring tools.
• Knowledge of infrastructure security best practices and system hardening.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
