Role Summary:
We are hiring a high-performing sales professional with proven UAE experience to drive new business and grow existing accounts for AWS and Google Cloud. You will own the full sales cycle, work closely with technical teams, and consistently hit monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solution positioning, proposal, negotiation, closing, and handover.
- Build and maintain a strong UAE pipeline across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise customers.
- Run consultative discovery to understand customer requirements: workloads, security, compliance, budget, and timeline.
- Sell cloud consumption, commitments, managed services, and project-based work (migrations, optimization, security improvements, and DR/backup).
- Coordinate with engineering to scope solutions, validate feasibility, and finalize commercials.
- Develop account growth plans to expand spending through upsell/cross-sell (FinOps, security, monitoring, DevOps, training).
- Maintain accurate CRM hygiene and provide weekly pipeline updates and forecasting.
- Represent the company in client meetings, events, and partner engagements across the UAE.
Job Specification and Technical Requirements:
- 4+ years of B2B technology sales experience in the UAE with a proven closing track record.
- Hands-on experience selling AWS and/or Google Cloud services (reseller, MSP, SI, distributor, or vendor side).
- Strong understanding of cloud commercial models: consumption, commitments, managed services retainers, and project fees.
- Ability to engage technical and business stakeholders (IT, security, procurement, finance, and C-level).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
- Structured selling approach with strong CRM discipline and forecasting.
- Experience selling cloud migrations, managed services, security, data/AI, or DevOps services.
- Familiarity with FinOps / cost optimization and cloud governance.
- Experience working with AWS and Google partner programs, incentives, and co-sell motions.
- UAE driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings across the UAE.
Work Conditions:
- On-site in Dubai, 5 days per week.
- Client meetings across the UAE as needed.
- Standard business hours with flexibility during negotiations and customer escalations.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Monthly and quarterly revenue and gross margin targets (new business and expansion).
- Pipeline coverage and velocity (qualified opportunities, proposals issued, conversion rate).
- Qualified meetings per week and disciplined follow-up cadence.
- Deal quality (margin, payment terms, risk) and sales cycle time.
- Customer retention and expansion for owned accounts.
