As a Solutions Architect, you will primarily be responsible for expanding Exora AI (“EXR”) enterprise footprint by working closely with your assigned opportunities or Account Manager – provide our customers with professional consultancy, design sound and competitive solutions, conduct Proof-of-Concept and where necessary, provide hands on delivery.
You will partner closely with EXR’s cross-functional teams, vendors and SI partners to provide customers a first-class technical sales service experience like no other, serving as the trusted anchor for customers throughout the entire sales cycle, even beyond post-closure.
This position is a Full-Time, Contract Employment role based in Pakistan, Islamabad with overseas travelling opportunity. You can expect a good opportunity for career progression in this role.

Conduct technical qualification of leads and provide business insights on opportunities

Work with clients to design or integrate a full-stack solution, addressing aspects from security, data flow, DevOps, and other relevant standpoints

Create well-designed cloud strategy, propose suggestions and best practices to optimize customers’ cloud presence, performance, security, and cost

Evaluation of technical risks and mapping out mitigation strategies

Where required, carry out troubleshooting, modifications, and testing of designed solutions built on the Company / Clients platform

Undertake Proof-of-Concept work or provide demo, whenever required

Develop new specs, documentation; and partake in the development of technical procedures and user support guides

Provide prompt response to technical clarifications and issues in a professional manner

Evaluate cloud applications, hardware, and software at regularly. Be on top of the game

Effectively sell EXR’s Cloud Services and Solutions, articulate value proposition to both new and existing customers

Work with Business Development Manager / Account Manager to develop and execute Go-To-Market strategy.

Collaborate between different functional teams and serve as the technical point of contact for customers and vendors.

Maintain good customer and partner relationships at all times.

Meet and exceed quarterly sales goals by managing individual presales activities, such as drawing up of proposals, submission of tenders…etc.

Familiar with key concepts and strategies such as DevOps, Migration, Landing Zone, Cloud Computing Principles and more.

Able to work in a fast-paced and competitive Start-Up environment

Possess excellent interpersonal skills with strong presentation abilities

Proficient in MS Office Suite, Lucidchart and other web presentation tools

Self-motivated and has a strong sense of ownership

Strong verbal and written communications skills are essential

Willingness to learn new technical products, develop new skills, obtain required certifications and be trained as an effective contributor

Min. Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent

Min. 3 years of experience architecting Enterprise-level and / or Government-level Solutions on AWS or Azure, preferably within the System Integrator field

Experience in dealing with customers at all levels, including C-levels
-
Technical track certified in AWS or Microsoft Azure (i.e., AWS SA Professional, Azure SA Expert…etc)
