Cloud Solution Architect (CCE, Kubernetes Services)

• Container Services Solution Architect is a competent cloud engineer specialized on kubernetes and cloud native technologies for both public and private cloud.
• Responsible for cloud container engine (CCE) and CCI2.0 services for public, hybrid or private cloud customer use cases.
• Able to design and present technical solutions for our customers.
• Able to execute presales activities by managing PoC (proof of concept) for customers and make successful PoCs matching customer requirements to Cloud capability.
• Able to support Turkiye and other region customers for their training, workshop, demonstration etc. needs.
• Able to communicate and apply container services best practices and architecture with customers or frontline engineers.
• Able to study, analyze and feedback new feature ideas doing product insight analysis.
• Able to enhance technical competence of container services by locating and reporting found issues.
• Support branding of container services by performing live product presentations on mainstream channels.
• Candidate should not have obstacle to travel abroad.

Technical Skills

• Able to independently complete architecture delivery based on cloud service design and customer requirements.
• Expert in containerization technologies such as Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in Cloud or other hyperscale and platforms (Azure, AWS, Google, Openshift, Oracle Cloud, etc.). Multi-cloud experience is preferred.
• Candidate should have great knowledge about Linux OS in operation and maintenance,
• Has Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD) or similar one.
• Experience in serverless computing.
• Experience in cloud monitoring, logging, and performance optimization.
• Experience in other cloud technology areas e.g. CNCF projects, terraform, APIs, DevSecOps, continuous delivery patterns.
• Experience in container security best practices.
• Knowledge of identity and access management (IAM), database and networking concepts, including Virtual Private Clouds (VPCs), subnets, and load balancers.
• Experience in DevOps practices and tools (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins).
• Experience/skills in managing projects/solutions.
• Product R&D and implementation experience in cloud computing, container, microservices are preferred.

Soft Skills

• Very good use of English as working language.
• Good communication skills, from technical point of view willing to talk with customer and influence technical customer to support project successfully.
• You have strong debugging instincts and experience with exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of cloud services and flexibility to learn new technologies quickly.
• A natural problem solver with excellent critical thinking skills.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, constantly changing atmosphere and prioritizing work appropriately.
