The Power Platform Cloud Solution Architect will be an HQ role, covering and serving the various countries in MEA. The candidate will focus on the 3 priority Pillars of Customer Centricity, Technical Leadership and Business Impact. We continue to evolve & use the Tech Maturity Model to determine how to serve customers at scale. In FY26 you will play a key role in our customers realizing value in their MS investment, enabled by Unified & Enhanced Solutions. You do this through delivery of your technical expertise and business acumen, ensuring customers have a secure, resilient architecture. You will be the trusted advisor that leads our customers AI experiences. You will continue to focus on Job1/Job2 as per your accountabilities in the MCEM framework and deliver customer outcomes and business value to MS

Leverage business process expertise to drive Agents sitting on Copilot Chat / M365 Copilot with existing D365 customers
Solution Plays
Power Platform CSAs align to the “Innovate with Low Code AI & Agents” Solution Play: The Copilot and Agents at Work solution play positions Microsoft as a leader in AI business solutions. It has potential to drive significant revenue through M365 Copilot licenses and Studio consumption, as well as win socket share with Copilot Chat usage. Market trends indicate a growing demand for AI-driven solutions that can automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency, as evidenced by the widespread adoption of AI tools across various industries. By addressing these trends, Microsoft aims to provide a comprehensive AI solution that meets the evolving needs of businesses and supports their digital transformation journeys
Core Contribution:
Establish M365 Copilot + Copilot Studio as the leading commercial AI solution
Accelerate Low Code and transform the D365 core business
Develop a deep understanding of the technology, knowing how and why it works the way it does. Explain how solution impacts customers' specific business outcomes and lead solution envisioning sessions and/or hackathons to secure technical decision making.
Continue evolving with an AI-first approach. Deepen your business value acumen to better manage scope and risk and improve value realization/ROI discussions with customers. Deepen your change management skills to help customers more effectively through AI transformation.
Actively manage MSX milestones, account team orchestration, and proper tagging to document account status. Address account blockers by proactively using the UAT process, engaging CSR as needed and update MSX routinely.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 6+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
OR equivalent experience
